Hello everyone and welcome to issue 10 of the Ace of Spades Wiki Round-Up, the monthly newsletter bringing you all the latest news, events and competitions from across the Ace of Spades community.

Wiki Quiz

In the last issue we asked how many templates there are in the Ace of Spades Map Editor. The correct answer is 9, so congratulations to Gamerzap for getting it right!

This week's question is...

How many blocks are required to build a Zombie Head construct?

The answer can be found somewhere in-game or on the Wiki. You can submit your answers on the discussion page for this issue of the Wiki Round-Up, or the Wiki's official Ace of Spades forum thread. Those who answer correctly will be featured in the next issue of the Wiki Round-Up. Best of luck!

Where am I?

This was the image we showed last week. It was indeed from the Trenches map, so congratulations Pauliux00 for answering correctly!

Here's this months image:

Simply post which map you think this was taken on in the discussion page for this issue, and those who answer correctly will be featured in the next issue.

Caption Competition

Last month we asked you to caption this image...

Wiki Team member Pauliux00 came up with this awesome caption:

"Lets see how your back looks when it has a knife in it!"

It is now possible to embed videos on the Wiki! Rather than having to link to their YouTube page, it is now possible to embed them directly in Wiki articles. For an example of where this is being used already, you can take a look at our RPG article. Instructions for how to use this new feature can be found here. For more Ace of Spades videos, take a look at our YouTube channel. Thank you to Travas for suggesting this extension!

New Poll

It's the 1st, so that means it's time for a new poll! Last month we asked how many hours you have played Ace of Spades for. It looks like Wiki users are some pretty hard core gamers, because 200 hours+ has won with a massive 21 votes! This months poll asks when you started playing Ace of Spades. Head on over to the Main Page to cast your vote now.

Map of the Month

Sniper City is March's Map of the Month! This impressive urban themed map was created by Wiki Team member Unobtainium and features long sightline for those who love to snipe. To learn more, you can take a look at it's Wiki article here. An honourable mention goes to Superzise Yard, which was also nominated.

Maps can be nominated for April on our Map of the Month page.

Article of the Month

Article of the Month is back! This month's winner is the Commando article, which you can read here. Lock and load!

MediaWiki Upgrade

The Wiki has been updated to MediaWiki 1.22.3, which offers various fixes and security improvements.

Thank You

Thank you to Gamerzap, Marisa Kirisame, Pauliux00, Travas2 and TntMatthew for your edits this past month.

You can watch the broadcast here on the Ace of Spades Twitch channel.
